Credits
If you order more than one, you’ll also receive a “credit” for each one. The credits will appear on the Settings/Credits menu (it only displays after you’ve purchesed credits).
To View Available Credits
If the purchaser has NOT already purchased the Journey Guide, the system will assign the first one to the purchaser, and the rest will be available by credits.
On the Settings / Credits page you’ll see the number of credits you have available, and the Order History, showing the credits used from each order.
To Use Credits
On the Settings / Credits page, select “Redeem Credits” and then enter the name and email (and group if created), and select the Share button to share the credit with the person– that will create that person’s account and grant access to the tool.
Coupon Code Tracking
Before the Credit system was implemented, the system issued coupon codes for bulk purchases. If you still have coupon codes available they don’t expire. Go to Settings / Coupon Tracking to see your coupon codes, and who has used them. And we still create coupons for special discounts and promotions.
Groups
Use Groups to Organize People
You can create the Groups feature to group people for organizational purposes, or for coaching groups. For example, you could have a women’s group, or group by small groups.
Go to https://dashboard.destinyfinder.com/groups/ to create and manage groups, and invite people to groups.
Coach View Results
Coaches Can View Profiler Results
We can designate specific users to be “coaches,” and assign groups of users to those coaches; and coaches are then able to view the Profiler assessment results of users assigned to them.
